To kick off 2018 & leading into the open, we will be following Crossfit.com programming in combination with the 20 rep squat challenge. The focus will be on learning new skills & virtuosity. B-Fit, you will do everything Crossfit does during this programming cycle. Godspeed.

Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups
