12 scap push-ups

12 side plank rotations/side

Bench Press (20 min to find new 1 RM)


Robertson (Time)

10 Rounds:

run 200m

12 Hand Release push-ups

4 Bar Muscle-ups
In honor of USMC veteran and State Trooper Glen Robertson. He is an accomplished tri-athlete who has just recently battled back from a slew of debilitating injuries and contines to persevere and embody that “never give up” spirit and mentality. He’s tackled adversity head on and kicked him square in the Jimmy.
