deadlift to a failed wt of more than 5 but less tahn 9 reps use the following clculator for your score;

weight lifted x reps x .0333 + weight lifted = projected max
2.5x BW – all pro

2x BW – starter

>2x BW – 6th man

Prowler Test (Time)

10 40 yard BW prowler pushes @ BW
