Everyone will start with 155/105 & will give it everything they have. If you are unable to complete 12 rds, drop to 135/95 & start over. If you are unable to get 12 rds with 135/95, drop to 115/85. Best possible score is 36 RDS, 12 at each weight

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
10 Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches
5 Burpee Box Jump-Overs
5 Toes to Bar
Rest 3 minutes between sets, and complete a total of five sets.
