Stress, anxiety, obesity, and a laundry list of bad habits are what made me walk into a CrossFit gym. Packed classes, sweat angels, fist bumps, and PRs are what made me stay. I developed a strong passion for health and fitness over the last 10 years. During that time I was able to lose 75lbs and tried many different diets/exercise routines. I found CrossFit about 5 years ago, but I didn’t take it very seriously until I was welcomed at CrossFit Barbending in August 2016. I haven’t looked back since. More recently, my passion has shifted from my personal goals to helping other people reach their own. I am grateful for the opportunity to coach at CrossFit Barbending and plan on motivating others to achieve their own personal goals. I genuinely believe that many of life’s problems can be fixed with loud music, sweat, and barbells. So if you’re taking one of my classes, come ready to work!
