3 rounds of 10-15 reps of:
Samson Stretch (15-30 seconds)
Overhead Squat with PVC
Sit-ups
Back-extensions
Pull-ups
Dips

Metcon

Goodman 13 (AMRAP – Reps)

8-Minute AMRAP of:
Ascending Reps 2, 4, 6, 8, 10,….
Power Snatch, 100# / 70#
Burpees over Box Jumps, 24″ / 20″

Metcon

Continuous Pull-ups (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute, continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
