Our youth strength and conditioning program is designed to increase strength, endurance, stamina, and flexibility in our young athletes. After being evaluated for strengths, weaknesses and restrictions, these young athletes will enter into a two-part customized program. The first part is a universal strength program using traditional barbell movements including the squat, the press, and the deadlift. The second part is conditioning, which could include sprinting, running longer distances, and other movements designed to elevate the heart rate and increase their work capacity. Over time, the program will focus on specific movements targeted to maximize the development in the athletes chosen sport, whether that be football, baseball, basketball, track, swimming, lacrosse, wrestling, gymnastics, soccer, etc.
